We process the data you provide to manage inquiries, appointments and requested veterinary services, to respond to your communications through the contact form, and, where appropriate, to send information about our services. No automated decisions with legal effects are made.

The legal basis is you consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) upon submitting the form, the execution of a contract or of pre‑contractual measures (art. 6.1.b) when you request a service, and the legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) in attending your inquiries

4. Conservation

We will retain your data for the duration of the relationship and, once it ends, for the legally required periods to address possible liabilities.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, except when required by law. Some technology providers (hosting, email) may process data as processors, with appropriate safeguards.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability writing to zaunka@zaunka.net, attaching a copy of an identification document. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
